Where We Ship We ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

Where Our Products Ship From AirRelax products are dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. As a result, delivery times are longer than domestic shipping, and your order may be subject to customs processing on arrival.

Duties & Taxes All prices on airrelax.com.au are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in your order total — there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard international shipping from the USA typically takes 7–14 business days to Australia and 10–18 business days to New Zealand after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@mewellness.com.au.
