How it works
One cycle, ankle to hip
The cycle starts low
Compression begins at the feet and ankles, where fluid pools after a long session or a long day.
Pressure moves up
Each chamber inflates in sequence, pushing circulation upward instead of squeezing everything at once.
Deep, even coverage
Calibrated pressure keeps the wave consistent through the biggest muscle groups in the leg.
Release and repeat
The sleeves deflate and the cycle restarts. Fifteen minutes feels like a full sports massage.

Start with the AR-2.0Independent reviews
Don't take our word for it
Air Relax systems have been tested and reviewed by endurance media, professional athletes and clinicians around the world. Here's a sample of what independent reviewers have published.
"It is amazing how much better your legs will feel."
On using the system for 10–15 minutes after a hard run, ride or race — describing it as being like a really good leg massage.
"Best value for budget price."
A reviewer still using the same Air Relax Classic system after five years of regular sessions, noting the quiet pump and durable build.
"An extremely compelling alternative at a very attractive price point."
From a head-to-head comparison against Normatec boots for the same core recovery job.

Good to know
Questions, answered
Which size should I choose?
Measure your inseam — from the top of the inside leg to the heel. Size 2 suits a 26–30" inseam, Size 3 suits 30–34", and Size 4 suits 34–38". If you're between sizes, choose the longer sleeve; extenders are available for larger calves and thighs.
Will it work with Australian power?
Yes — every system we sell ships with a 240V Australian plug and is covered by a 1-year warranty with local support. No adapters, no grey imports.
How long is a session?
Most people run 15–30 minutes after training or at the end of the day. The AR-4.0 lets you program anywhere from 5 to 95 minutes, which suits clinic treatment blocks.
Are attachments interchangeable between models?
AR-2.0 and AR-3.0 share the same sleeves, shorts, arm sleeve and waist belt. The AR-4.0 uses its own six-chamber garments and hoses, which aren't compatible with the earlier systems.
Is compression therapy right for me?
Compression recovery is widely used by athletes and clinics, but it isn't for everyone. Check with your health practitioner first if you have a medical condition, and avoid use over areas with an infection, inflammation, unexplained pain or a wound.
