These terms govern your use of airrelax.com.au and your purchases from Air Relax Australia, operated by MeWellness Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 92 687 950 670). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices and promotions may change without notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed applies. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, but minor variations (for example in colour reproduction or packaging) may occur. Air Relax compression systems are recovery and wellness devices. Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Consult your health practitioner before use if you have a medical condition, and discontinue use and seek advice if you experience pain or discomfort.
Orders & availability
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you promptly with the option of a substitute, backorder or full refund.
Returns & consumer guarantees
Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your Australian Consumer Law rights, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods or the resupply of equivalent goods, or payment of the cost of doing so.
